Henneberry Publishers provides professional publishing services including but not limited to:

• Book writing, ghostwriting, and editing
• Book illustration and cover design
• Book publishing and distribution
• Audiobook production
• Book marketing and promotion
• Children's book publishing

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Payments & Billing

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as specified in your service agreement
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for agreed services
• Pay any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchase

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, you retain full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However:

• All preliminary drafts and concepts remain our property until final payment
• We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Our website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain our exclusive property
• You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary materials without written consent

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials required for your project
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henneberry Publishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other clients, us, or third parties.
